Chris Grace creates original linocuts and Giclee prints as well as other mixed media artworks. He has been exhibited in Birmingham, Stoke, Ormskirk and St Helens. After working as a school art teacher for 25 years, he has now taken on the role of full time artist in his studio, focusing primarily on painting, drawing and printmaking, exploring combinations of processes and techniques. His pieces are mostly Liverpool themed, including many which feature the Liver Bird and the Liver Building, evolving from his reactions to the sensory stimuli he encounters day to day. Other than his wall pieces, Chris also makes a small range of novelty items such as linocut greetings cards and fridge magnets.
