Alex Allday is a ceramic and surface pattern designer who sells a wide range of decorative ceramic wares, including decorations, framed pieces and tiles, vases, tealights, hanging planter pots and pockets, mugs and prints. Inspired by the fusion of traditional styles, her work combines the use of handcrafted and digitally produced processes to create a range of diverse surface pattern designs. Allday explores etching, relief/embossment, glazes and experimental screen-printing techniques to create distinct pieces which have an emphasis on intricate detailing and composition, all produced in a high quality Porcelain.
