The Gluten Free Pie Company began with Denise Snape cooking glorious pies to cater to her own intolerances. The ‘pie nights’ she hosted for friends proved to be a roaring success, leading to a sell-out at the local market and eventually to her own bakery on Hope Street in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter. Snape bakes everything from scratch with locally sourced ingredients, having won multiple awards in national pie competitions.
