Rebecca Birtwistle is a chocolatier based in Liverpool, designing and creating innovative artisan chocolates inspired by the charming chaos of her neighbourhood in Toxteth. She also takes inspiration from European chocolate trends, changing season-by-season.
All recipes are unique to Toxteth Chocolate, using high-quality ingredients and trusted suppliers. Birtwistle uses traditional, small-batch techniques including hand-tempering on a marble slab. She prides herself on her colourful, contemporary creations imbued with personality and Liverpool spirit, and sells chocolates by the box, along with a few delicious bars.
