Patricia Woods is a metalsmith working predominately in pewter, having researched the potential for the patination of pewter as part of her PhD. She developed a unique formulation for colouring the metal which has now become a signature of her work. Producing individually designed and handmade contemporary jewellery and giftware, Woods’ works include statement jewellery pieces including earrings, rings, bangles and necklaces. Her giftware includes table wares such as salts, condiment sets, jugs and vases.
Trish Woods Design Metals are manufactured by hand from sheet material, incorporating other materials such as acrylic to aid visual contrasts of colour and texture. Each piece is individually made and like nothing you’ve seen before. Prices range from £10 to £300.
