Sweet-treat-making duo, Tom and Nic, make a wide variety of mouth-watering artisan fudge. These include common favourites such as salted caramel and dairy butter, as well as slightly more obscure flavours like lemon meringue and cherry bakewell. As a home based producer, they make their fudge in small batches using locally sourced ingredients, no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. What the Fudge also won themselves the Great Taste Awards in 2017.
